We booked a reservation for 4 people at 5pm on Feb 05 2017. We showed up at 4:30pm, and the server said he was still arranging the table for reservations for the night, so we waited outside until he done. First of all, he took us to a normal 10-people table set and saying "here was your table for 5 people." We said we booked for 4 people, without saying anything then he took us to a normal 2-people table set and saying, "then, here's your table!". We responded as "we booked a table for 4 people to celebrate the anniversary, could we please have a table suitable for 4 people which we could talk easily and also the table is fit for 3-course dishes for 4 people?' The server replied arrogantly, "You only have 2 options, either that 10-people table or this 2-people table, which one? There's no any other options for you !!" I'm so curios it was not our fault make the wrong reservation, secondly, when we showed up, he saying he's still arranging the tables how come all the suddenly every single table was pre-reserved? Then he just turned around and back office without saying anything. Then, the event leader Bradley Binkley came out the office and tried to back up his co-worker. However, the server, a Caucasian male with gold hair, just stayed inside the office chit chat with another female co-walk, laughing loudly and looking at us with disdain in his eyes. We asked the event leader of the server's name, but however, he said he can't tell us the server's name. How come as a customer we are not allowed to have the server's name? Therefore, we decided to cancel the dinner there since we are not treat as customer and not even allowed to know the server name. And the server never ever came out to apology for his attitude at all. This restaurant will be on my blocked list.
