I ordered Philadelphia rolls through Just Eat and they gave me rolls with asparagus and no avocado. I told them I got the wrong order and they said "no that's how they're made. All our customers know this!" and yelled at me. I checked the menu again (both on the justeat website AND their own sushiwind website) and confirmed that no, there's no asparagus and there is supposed to be avocado and they got my order wrong. After asking for the right food or a refund they said "There's nothing we can do for you, talk to JustEat."
So I called Just Eat, who has very friendly customer service, and they said they would call the restaurant. They said the restaurant was really unhelpful but they eventually got me a full refund, as long as I didn't eat any of the sushi. I said that was fine and apologizes that she had to talk to the restaurant. She told me the restaurant wants to come pick up the sushi from me, but it will take "three hours" because they're busy.
So I'm now waiting with sushi back in the bag as it gets warm and old. I don't know what they're serving people but I hope it's not this. Disgusting!
